Valve flow capacity testing machine 

It is used to test flow capacity of the valve according to JIS standards. 

 Pressure reducing valve water pressure tester 

Simulates water usage status of five water faucets at the same time in a high raise residential building with pressure reducing valves added. One, two, and up to five faucets can be turned on gradually and water usage takes place at the same time in order to observe the relations between water flow volume and pressure changes while different quantities of faucets are on; the results will be the basis for the quantitative test of pressure reducing valves and only qualified products are allowed to leave the factory. 

 

 Valve air tightness tester 

Performs the air tightness test with pressurized air at 6kg/cm². All the produced valves must be 100% tested and only qualified products are allowed to leave the factory. 

 


 Pressure reducing valve water pressure testing / pressure setting machine  

Performs pressure test on the main body of a single pressure reducing valve at 17.5 kg/cm² of water pressure after assembly is completed. After the pressure test is completed, secondary default or ordered pressure to be set. Valves must be 100% tested and set before they leave the factory. 

 


 

 Valve air tightness tester 

Performs the air tightness test with pressurized air at 6kg/cm². All the produced valves must be 100% tested and only qualified products are allowed to leave the factory. 


 

Pressure reducing valve water pressure testing / pressure setting machine 

Performs pressure test on the main body of a single pressure reducing valve at 17.5 kg/cm² of water pressure after assembly is completed. After the pressure test is completed, secondary default or ordered pressure to be set. Valves must be 100% tested and set before they leave the factory. 


 

 Solenoid pilot type Level control valve and pressure sustaining valve performance tester 

Tests assembled level control valves, pressure sustaining valves, solenoid pilot valves, valves through the pressurized pump with a large flow volume. Valves are tested for their operation and performance; only qualified ones are allowed to leave the factory. 


 

Pilot operated pressure reducing valve performance simulation and testing equipment 

To meet the requirements of city water regulations, primary water pressure sets at 3.5 kg/cm² and secondary pressure is at 1.5 kg/cm². The simulation and testing include the main valve and pilot valve. The pre-setting water pressure for the pilot valve is 1.5 kg/cm². When secondary discharge pressure at the outlet end is below the default value, the main valve will gradually open to increase water supply and bring the water pressure to the default value. When the secondary discharge pressure at the outlet end is higher than the default value, the main valve will gradually close to reduce water supply and bring the water pressure to the default value. 

The pressure reducing pilot valve compares secondary outlet pressures from time to time and adjusts the opening degree of the main valve accordingly, in order to keep the water pressure at the secondary outlet end constant. 


 

Float pilot type level control valve performance simulation and testing equipment 

The level control main valve is installed outside the test water reservoir while its pilot valve float is located inside the reservoir in order to detect the water level. The pilot valve pipe is connected to the main level control valve outside the pool in order to control the automatic opening and closing of the main level control valve. 

The float of pilot valve will gradually rise to the close point as the water level in the reservoir increases to discontinue water supply. 

As the main valve is equipped with the slow closing feature, the main valve will slowly closed after the pilot valve is closed. 

When the water volume is consumed and the water level in the reservoir drops, the float will drop to the opening point to let water inside the pilot valve out and open the main level control valve so that the latter can start to supply water. The pilot floats with water wave-resistant feature to prevent the valve to close or open suddenly and hence cause the result of the water hammer effect to damage the main valve or water meter. The tolerance from opening to closing of the pilot valve is around 15 cm. A water reservoir can always remain at a nearly full level when water supply begins at fully flow as soon as the water level drops by 15 cm. This is why it is named constant level control valve.
